Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Overview

Work Location: remote

No of positions: 1

Shift: 2pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis and SLA-based ticket handling.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close cycles, including data loads, consolidation runs, validations and reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain metadata (dimensions, hierarchies, members), forms, business rules, calculation scripts and Groovy rules.
  • Manage data integrations using Data Management / Data Integration (FDMEE), including mappings, load rules and troubleshooting failed loads from ERP (Oracle Fusion / NetSuite / other GL sources).
  • Automate jobs and processes using EPM Automate, REST APIs and pipelines.
  • Build and support reports in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting / Narrative Reporting and Smart View.
  • Handle security, user provisioning and access control.
  • Take part in Oracle's monthly patch/update testing and regression cycles.
  • Gather requirements from business users, deliver small-to-medium enhancements, and document the solution design.
  • Work with onshore Forsys and Harmonic stakeholders on status, priorities and escalations.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience in at least two of:
    • Planning (PBCS / EPBCS): Financials, Workforce, Capex or Projects modules
    • Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
    • Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
    • Narrative Reporting / EPRCS
  • Strong knowledge of business rules, Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting.
  • Hands-on with Data Management / Data Integration and EPM Automate.
  • Expert in Smart View and financial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes: budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation and close.
  • At least one full-cycle EPM Cloud implementation, plus production support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English. Must be comfortable working directly with US-based clients.
