Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience, specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM). The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow ITAM solutions, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), asset lifecycle management, integrations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM applications and workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Configure and manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, transfer, maintenance, retirement, and disposal.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, and related modules.
• Implement and maintain asset data models, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality processes.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as ERP, procurement, discovery, SCCM/Intune, Active Directory, and vendor platforms.
• Work with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server for integrations.
• Support Discovery and Service Graph Connector integrations for accurate asset and CI data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics related to IT assets and software compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITAM implementations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, ITSM teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM.
• Strong knowledge of HAM and/or SAM.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
