Overview

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience along with solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, automation, and multi-cloud environments. Candidates should closely align with the technical requirements mentioned below and be comfortable working independently with engineers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Project Overview

The Proof of Concept (PoC) will involve implementing and configuring Salesforce capabilities including:

• Case Management
• Knowledge Management
• Customer Support functionality
• Salesforce integrations with external systems
• AI and automation capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business capability requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Develop and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Evaluate Build vs. Configure vs. Buy options.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Review Salesforce code, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to a scalable Salesforce solution for a multi-cloud, multi-market environment.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Advise on Salesforce licensing and edition trade-offs.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development and architectural best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce engineering and development background.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience with AI, automation, Einstein, or related Salesforce capabilities.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical teams.
• Experience working with multi-cloud Salesforce environments will be an advantage.
