We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.

The candidate will work closely with banking clients and internal delivery teams to provide solution architecture, technical guidance, architecture decisions, feature discussions, and technical walkthroughs.

The ideal candidate should have strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience, excellent communication skills, and proven experience delivering Salesforce FSC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce FSC solution architecture for banking and financial services projects.
• Participate in client discussions, technical walkthroughs, and architecture sessions.
• Design scalable solutions using the Salesforce FSC data model.
• Work extensively with OmniStudio, including:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• FlexCards
• DataRaptors
• Design and review integrations with:
• Core banking systems
• Payment gateways
• KYC/AML systems
• External platforms
• Provide architecture guidance across Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs.
• Review technical designs, solution documents, and implementation approaches.
• Guide development and delivery teams on complex technical issues.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Support banking-specific processes such as customer onboarding, KYC/AML, financial accounts, and loan workflows.
• Identify technical risks and provide appropriate architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, presales teams, and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience delivering Banking-related Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
• Experience with core banking integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.
• Good understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong experience in client-facing technical discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
