Overview

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Project Manager, driving the integration of multiple SAP applications and business processes into a single, standardized enterprise ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with Global IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver SAP integration initiatives that support digital transformation and operational excellence across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Quality functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Drive business process harmonization and standardization across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality functions.
• Collaborate with Global IT, Business Process Owners, functional teams, and external implementation partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead process mapping, gap analysis, solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and connected enterprise applications.
• Oversee data migration readiness, master data governance, and system stabilization activities.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Drive organizational change management, user training, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new business processes.
• Monitor project KPIs and governance metrics while supporting continuous process improvements after implementation.

Required Skills

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/M.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing SAP implementation, integration, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA environments and system integration.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality business processes.
• Experience with business process mapping, process standardization, and gap analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to UAT, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and data migration activities.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with global teams and external implementation partners.
• People management and leadership experience with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification/knowledge is an added advantage.
