Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMS Consultant with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing data integration, data quality, and master data management solutions using Informatica technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS.
• Develop and manage data integration pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implement and support Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Create mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and workflows in Informatica Cloud.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Develop reusable integration components and optimize ETL performance.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS).
• Hands-on experience in Informatica MDM implementation and support.
• Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Knowledge of Cloud Application Integration (CAI) is preferred.
• Experience with Data Quality (IDQ) and data governance concepts.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, XML, JSON, and flat file integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance.
• Knowledge of Informatica EDC/Axon.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Informatica Certification (IDMC/IICS/MDM) is preferred.
• Relevant experience in enterprise data integration and master data management projects.

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
• Experience with migration from PowerCenter to IDMC/IICS.
• Exposure to data migration and cloud modernization initiatives.
