Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Student Records Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting the Student Records module while ensuring seamless management of student lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support the Student Records module within Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Manage student enrollment, grading, transcripts, academic history, and course registrations.
• Configure academic calendars, terms, classes, course catalogs, and grading schemes.
• Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional and technical solutions.
• Develop enhancements using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
• Support integrations with external applications using Integration Broker and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Perform testing, deployments, and documentation for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Strong expertise in the Student Records module.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, and SQL.
• Experience with Integration Broker and Oracle Database.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Campus Solutions implementation or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Higher Education business processes.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
