Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with L3 Production Support experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, SQL, APIs, Production Support, and Python-based automation, along with extensive experience in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves application development, troubleshooting critical production issues, enhancing system performance, and ensuring seamless support of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development & Enhancement
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• L3 Production Support
  • Provide Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, database, and business teams during critical production outages.
  • Monitor application health and proactively identify risks.
