Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Pan India (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract (C2C)
Joining: Immediate
Shift Timing: EST
Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Patient Services implementations.
- Experience supporting Patient Services, Commercial Operations, or Healthcare workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in:
- Requirement Gathering
- BRD / FRD Preparation
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Process Mapping
- UAT Coordination
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
