REQUIREMENT - Devops Engineer

Overview

• Experience: 5 to 7 Years
• Availability: Immediate
• Shift Timings: General (But overlap Client call till 10 PM)
• Communication Skills: Good
• Mode: Remote
• Interview Process: L1 Interview + 2 Customer Interview

Key Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, especially optimization and performance tuning in production
• Able to recommend sizing for customers and clearly communicate cluster requirements
• Strong grasp of Kubernetes best practices: security, scaling, scheduling, and resource management
• Solid core Linux skills: system administration, networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Real experience building and running on-prem infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible
• Hands-on packaging and release management with Helm
• Experience running PostgreSQL on Kubernetes, including clustering, high availability, and Postgres performance tuning
• Experience with NOSQL databases and work experience maintaining Cassandra Clusters
• Observability with Prometheus and Grafana: metrics, dashboards, and alerting
• Experience setting up logging and monitoring across distributed, microservices-based systems
• Strong debugging skills across Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure, and distributed systems
• A track record in a microservices-based, scaled-up environment
• Rich experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certified

Required Skills

• Familiarity with the broader CNCF tooling ecosystem
