Remote | 10+ YOE (5+ Years as Lead) | Contract (C2C)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Design scalable Salesforce architecture and provide technical leadership to development teams
• Develop and enhance Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration components
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Drive best practices, code reviews, deployments, and solution governance
• Mentor development teams and ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Mandatory experience in the Insurance Domain (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Agent/Broker Workflows)
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and DevOps practices
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is mandatory
• Insurance Domain experience is mandatory
