Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong healthcare manufacturing domain expertise to support enterprise data transformation initiatives. The role will focus on understanding business processes, mapping business requirements to data capabilities, and enabling harmonization of commercial, sales, campaign, and customer data across SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business processes and data requirements.
• Perform business process mapping and documentation of current-state and future-state processes.
• Analyze healthcare manufacturing business workflows including sales operations, campaign management, customer engagement, and commercial processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data requirements.
• Support data domain identification and enterprise data model alignment.
• Work with data architects and engineering teams to define data transformation rules.
• Validate data mapping, business rules, and reporting requirements.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and business validation.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as Business Analyst in data transformation programs.
• Strong healthcare manufacturing / life sciences domain knowledge.
• Experience working with SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM data.
• Experience in sales, campaign, customer, and commercial analytics.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
