About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Oracle Fusion Integration Developer (OIC) with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations between Salesforce CRM and Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and cloud-based integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Integrate Salesforce with Oracle ERP/HCM modules while ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Support deployment, testing, documentation, and production releases.
• Follow best practices for security, governance, and integration architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in integration development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and Oracle Fusion web services.
• Experience with data migration and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification.
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Integration-related).
• Experience with Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Oracle ATP/OCI and cloud integration best practices.
• Exposure to DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.
