Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer with 10+ years of enterprise data and analytics experience to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-performance business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will translate complex data into actionable strategic insights, establish data governance best practices, and optimize large-scale reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and paginated reports.
• Data Engineering & Modeling: Build complex DAX measures, perform advanced M/Power Query transformations, and architect robust dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Performance Tuning: Optimize slow queries, manage large datasets (DirectQuery, Import, Composite models), and fine-tune report performance.
• Governance & Security: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS/OMLS), workspace management, deployment pipelines, and environment governance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, data engineers, and business teams to define analytics roadmaps and requirement specifications.

Required Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in BI development, data warehousing, and business analytics, with deep specialization in Power BI.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL scripting, and relational/dimensional data modeling.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure Data Platform services (Azure SQL, Synapse, Fabric, or Databricks) and data warehousing concepts.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or Azure Enterprise Data Analyst / Fabric Engineer.
