Overview

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director (IDD), PowerCenter, and Data Quality (IDQ), along with hands-on experience in data integration, ETL development, and enterprise application integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
• Build and manage data models, subject areas, hierarchies, and business entities within Informatica MDM.
• Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica Data Director (IDD).
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Implement and manage Match & Merge rules, survivorship rules, and data stewardship processes.
• Develop and optimize data quality solutions using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Integrate Informatica MDM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement MDM solutions.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and master data management best practices.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience with Informatica technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub.
• Experience with Informatica Data Director (IDD).
• Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Expertise in:
  • Match & Merge configuration
  • Survivorship Rules
  • Data Stewardship
  • Data Modeling
• Strong ETL development experience.
• Experience integrating Informatica MDM with enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
• Understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management concepts.
• Experience working with XML and JSON.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux scripting.
