Overview

We are looking for a well-rounded Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js and Golang, capable of building scalable, cloud-native backend systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across application development and AWS infrastructure, with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
• Apply strong OOP principles and clean coding practices
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Build and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS/SNS, S3, and Step Functions
• Design and work with DynamoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases
• Implement caching solutions using Redis
• Integrate messaging systems such as SQS or Kafka
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using AWS CloudWatch
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of full-stack systems and distributed architectures
• Comfortable using AI development tools

Required Skills

• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and OOP fundamentals
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, SQS)
• Experience with Redis cache
• Experience with messaging/event-driven systems (SQS, Kafka, etc.)
• Hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Exposure to high-scale distributed and event-driven systems
